Step Up Day for incoming 5th Graders (current 4th Graders).They were able to see a presentation, ask questions, and tour the school. There will be another opportunity for these students to tour the school on August 26th at 6:00 p.m. with their parents during this 5th grade orientation.

Today was Hat Day for Unified Spirit Week. We wore hats today to emphasize that we can be the same (wearing a hat) and different (with different hat slogans) at the same time.

Beckwith Buddies is a peer mentoring program to assist selected 4th grade students from Palmer River Elementry School with the transition to Beckwith Middle School. This program is run by Erica Evans, Rebecca Beneduce, Andrea Kramer and Sarah Gates.
In Mrs. Darmody's Computer class, 7th graders have "become the teacher" as they assist classmates as they code on Scratch.mit.edu!
The BMS Softball Team celebrating their championship with ice cream
Yesterday, the BMS Girls Softball Team clinched the Massasoit League Championship!!! They scored 21 runs to defeat Bridgewater. #wearethechampions
