Our Falcons were greeted with enthusiasm by our administrative team as they arrived this morning. The school was adorned with welcoming signs, and we waved to parents as they dropped off their children. The cheerful tune “We’re All In This Together” played as students arrived, setting a positive and inclusive tone. Once inside, students were welcomed with smiles by their teachers in their first-period classes. Our CTE Exploratory students (freshmen) gathered in the cafeteria to learn about the program and then proceeded to their first shop. The lunch staff eagerly greeted our hungry students, and the cafeteria was filled with laughter and camaraderie. The building was abuzz with Falcon energy, and we are excited for the year ahead. We are confident that this will be a year filled with great achievements, positive experiences, and opportunities for our students to empower, ignite, and shape their futures.

Another band camp is in the books, and let me tell you, these incredible kids put in the work, and it totally paid off! A big shoutout to the students, families, and staff for putting on such a fantastic pre-season show! The Class of 2024 officially graduates! Last Friday, 167 amazing students walked across the stage at our graduation ceremony in front of a cheering crowd! Their speeches were filled with heartfelt memories and inspiring words about the journey ahead. A group known for their laughter, intelligence, curiosity, humility, and kindness, we couldn't be more proud of each and every FALCON graduate! #Classof2024 #WeAreDR #CawCaw

In memory of those who gave their lives for our freedom.

DRRHS student, Matthew DeCristofaro, recently received a Student Achievement Award from the Massachusetts Technical Educators Organization (MassCTE). Matthew was chosen for his hard work, professionalism and contributions to our school community. He was an integral part in the operations of the school store (pricing, inventory and accounting) and our pop-up vending at home football games. Matthew was hired as an accounting Co-Op student this year and has been asked to return with Berger, Katz Weishaus and Lenza, P.C. Matthew will be attending Bentley University this fall.
