It is with mixed emotions that I announce that I will be leaving Dighton-Rehoboth on June 30, 2013. I feel very fortunate to have worked with so many great teachers, parents, and students. Dighton-Rehoboth is a district with so much potential to continue to move forward in servicing “the whole child”; academically, socially, and emotionally, that it was not an easy decision to leave. I have truly enjoyed my time in the district both as Assistant Superintendent and most recently as Interim Superintendent. However, my passion is for the focus on “learning and teaching”, and therefore, I have accepted the position of Assistant Superintendent in Winchester, MA. It has been a true honor to work in this district, and I will continue to work diligently throughout the rest of this year, and as a resource thereafter.

CONGRATULATIONS!

Congratulations to DRRHS and the entire district for supporting our students from pre-k through 12th grade so well that we were selected for the 3rd Annual AP District Honor Roll by the College Board. This is earned through our tremendous increase in enrollment in our AP courses, as well as an increase in student scores! We are so proud of our students for being willing to take challenging courses and push themselves to excel in these courses! We are thankful to our staff, parents, and community for supporting our students in this endeavor!
